Friendly and helpful staff makes a positive difference I have had to make multiple stays and they have made the extra effort to know my name and make sure I am taken care of during my multiple stays. Property is well kept and attractive. Makes the area feel inviting. Rooms are attractive ( love the wood floors!)

I had to book a night stay unexpectedly because of terrible circumstances unfortunately but thankfully at check-in Chanel turned my night from awful to joyful, She helped me check in went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs. Thanks again, Chanel. It was nice meeting you if I was to stay here again. Hope you would be able to check me in again. Take care and would recommend this place just because of her.

Cassandra was so welcoming and helpful, she really made me stay! Her generosity and kindness really didn’t want to make me leave, and now I really want to come back just for her hospitality! What made it more meaningful was the good location and overall customer service!

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Roy State for over five weeks, and my experience was significantly enriched by the exceptional service provided by the new manager, Andrea, and the diligent housekeeping staff member, Gabriella. Since Andrea's arrival, the hotel has maintained a notably smooth and clean operation, which ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Andrea's professionalism and dedication truly stood out. She consistently exceeded our expectations by addressing our needs promptly and effectively. We encountered issues with internet charges during our stay, but Andrea took the initiative to resolve them, thoroughly investigating the situation, ensuring refunds, and transferring credits accurately. Her genuine commitment to making our stay enjoyable was evident in her proactive assistance with all our needs, from providing clean towels to ensuring our room was well-maintained. Additionally, Gabriella's dedication to her housekeeping duties was exemplary. Her attention to detail and care in cleaning made our room feel welcoming and well-cared-for each week, as if it were her own home. Her hard work and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. However, it is important to note that while Andrea and Gabriella provided outstanding service, the overall attitude and professionalism of most of the staff need significant improvement. There were instances of rude and disrespectful interactions with customers, which detracted from the overall experience. It's worth mentioning that there has been a gradual improvement in attitudes and responses since Andrea came on board, which is encouraging. To the executive team: this hotel's continued functionality is primarily due to the efforts of Andrea and Gabriella. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence is invaluable. Investing in human capital, as demonstrated by them, yields substantial returns and enhances guests' experiences. We hope that their contributions are valued, and that staff training emphasizes these high standards to foster an environment of professionalism and respect. We are genuinely grateful for Andrea and Gabriella's exceptional service, which made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Their dedication deserves recognition and sets a benchmark for others to follow.

We stayed for a little over a month and it was more than great for us as a family of 5 with kids it was super easy and very comfortable! Down to the staff and especially the manager Adriana, all very helpful and attentive to make our stay ever better!

Amazing room and comfortable bed felt like I was home. Thank you to the staff, Adriana and Chanel were a great help setting up my reservation. Highly recommend if you are in the area looking for a room.

I have been staying at the location in Glendale, CA and have had great customer service. Employees are friendly and attentive to us everytime I've needed something from them. I definitely recommend this location and will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Good value at this price point. Grounds and building were clean. Room was spacious and clean. Adrianna at the front desk was warm and accommodating both when I called before showing up, and upon checking in. Be aware breakfast is just coffee, tea, prepackaged muffins, and Nutrigrain bars.
